Stopped service in January and am still getting billed! After calling, transferring,holding for long times then getting disconnected many times, they say I have been credited!??

Has not happened. Now I need to change my checking account. Have had nothing but problems with this company for two years. Going to contact Corporate tomorrow then the networks.

I saw where someone had CBS do a report. I will add to that. They started out switching me from ATT Uverse to Direct. Saying Direct was buying them out.

Got a great deal for awhile then they started upping my bill & charging for movies or shows they said I ordered...I live alone.

They said we will credit your account but instead they charged more the next month, the next and the next.my bill got up to over $300.00 from $172.00 Finally called Corporate twice and they resolved it. Now billing me for a closed account.
