Ive been with DirecTV for a while. And then I'm getting bills for the past 2 months for over $100.
My bill has always been under $60. I had an operator talk me through putting a lock on my movies s I had an operator talk me through putting a lock on my movies so nobody could rent them. There's been no one here to do that.. So not only the movies being on there my bill went up to over $100.
So I'm really considering going to another cable company. I know but there will be Penalties but at this time I can't afford your company. So if there's nothing done about this I will have to go to another company I can't afford you and I will be telling my friends the ones I told that DirecTV was so good. I'm very disappointed.
