We have been with Direct TV for some time recieved my bill you are double charging me, talked with your representatives several times as a matter of fact they keep telling us that we missed a payment back in to 2017 which is false we have paid every month FYI there are only 12 months in a year the representatives that we have talked to don't seem to know this. We have all the transactions that have been drawn from our account.
Have asked that a SUPERVISOR or someone with some money sense call us to clear this matter up SEVERAL times NO RESPONSE and again all we have encountered is your represetatives stating " You missed a payment in 2017" we NEVER missed a payment and we have all the transactions from our bank for 2017 and 2018.
We want this cleared up NOW This is our last attempt to get this straight before other actions will be taken. Our contact Number is (830) 669- 2457.
