On 2-17-17 I had media Com installed. I cancelled my "easy bundle package" with Century link.

You know 1 call does it all. I am still receiving a bill threw June from Direct T.V.!! I have never paid a bill to Direct since I bundled. It was always Century link that sent bill.

Direct T.V. also screwed a new antenna threw my new shingles. I custom made a bracket that was being used on my old dish. I was very sick the day of installation and didn't watch the tech.

install any thing. The customer support person said the new dish is bigger than the old one. It would have taken me a half a hour to custom rebuild the bracket. Should have told tech.

to schedule another day. Now in Collection Agency. I v'e contacted Minn.

Attorney Generals office for help. They are helping.

Reason of review: roof damage-over charging .

Monetary Loss: $599.

Preferred solution: fix my roof. Credit all overcharges.
