Direct tv brags about good service, they have terrible service, first you need to get through the phone call to them, spending several minutes with a computer trying to get to a person. then it will be the wrong person for your trouble.

then you get someone and the say it will be 10 days til a service person can come to your home, I bet if you were spending lots of money for new service they would be there very quickly, I will be ending my time with direct tv very soon,, they suck,,. I caution everyone who is thinking about dealing with direct tv, Its not good service and dealing with calls to them is a nightmare, find another company for tv viewing.
