Overcharged bank account causing ripple effect with other accounts. bank account showed deduction for payment. Direct TV claimed they never got payment.

Picture quality isn't that great, gave me the oldest receiver they had. tried to up charge me when installed

On a scale of 1-10 a 5

Would not recommend to anyone, constant harassment from customer service and online.

I have been paying off past due amount little by little and they are still harassing me.

Requested someone come out to look at dish no response

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Receiver.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

unfortunately that is YOUR fault for letting them take auto payments out of your account and not monitoring to ensure you have enough $$$ to cover it.

that being said, you say THEY took it yet have no record of it? well i call BS On that because it would be in your account statement and if somehow you couldn't view it your bank always can and can tell you exactly when/where it was withdrawn.

perhaps you should monitor your account more diligently rather than blaming them?

that also being said, why would you accept an "old" receiver and how would you know it was "old" unless it was dirty/looked used?

they live for upsales with verizon for example trying to get me to take HD boxes over SD. i don't care for HD it isn't all it's hyped up to be.
