Was overcharged, double charge, was taken 50% off total, and then added back on in , making incorrect total, have not recevied call back from manager as told, that they were sorry and this would be resolved, with correct amount. Still waiting while, still being billed incorrectly, been with direct tv for over 16 years, and never had a problem to speak with manager, since they merge with at&t, I request to speak with manager, and after more than two hours, days, still no manager, to fix this, help manager please
