U can't understand them in Philippines it doesn't matter what u tell them they do not understand what u are asking them. They are horrible to deal with.

If u ask for a united States rep they say no they can't transfer. ASAP I am not going to have them.

Yes I agree cannot understand many of the words they speak. I will say they tried to be very helpful.

Spent 1 hour on the phone. And never resolved the problem!!! They wanted to sell me a service plan for a problem I have had 4 times.

No accountability. Looking for for a new provider!!!
