DIRECTV - PISSED OFF
I signed up with AT&T for the bundle package I have been with AT&T since 2012. Since I switched everything as a bundle we have had issues after issues with direct tv first of all they were not able to finish our install because they were having issues with my master bedroom box it said that client is not recognizing the genie in my bedroom they have been out her 3 times in the last 2 weeks to get this issue fixed still not fixed.
I and my husband have been on the phone with these idiots for hours on end one day I was on the phone from 5pm until 9pm. Mind you I was transferred about 10 times back and forth to the same departments.
Never again will I ever go back to Direct TV please stay clear from them. Also they are not willing to help with anything.
