I ordered a HD-DVR in late spring. I lost signal with the trees leafed out this spring after I ordered the HD-DVR. I had ordered a DVR in Feb '09. I thought the technician had documented that had lost signal. I canceled my service because I had no signal and had to go with Wave. I thought that I was OK until I started getting phone calls for a past due bill. I went "What are you talking about?" The initial Cancellation was 300 some odd dollars. My bill ( for canceling) is now 113 bucks. When I canceled I was not told I was going to have a cancellation fee. I had to cancel because I had NO SIGNAL. I am expected to take down my trees and my neighbors trees to maintain the Direct TV F-king signal. I am in an HOA and that is not easily accomplished.
I am going to start tweeting that Direct TV is a Scam and a rip off and has a F-king Lousy Consumer Service Department. They send you from one person to the next but the CCEmployee says" I'm sorry but I can't make an adjustment. You have to take that up with out Grievance department.
Class Action Suit anybody???????????????
They are going to turn my Friging 113 bucks into collection. They are Monsters.
I am already telling my Clients to BEWARE of DIRECT TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not refer them as a realtor and I am spreading that Direct TV has Very Poor Consumer Relations and consumer service.
