Directv - Poor customer service
Was fed a pretty lie to establish service through direct.After waiting 2 weeks to get service installed first night we found our first lie.
When they say you can have as many TVs as you want it’s a LIE. We paid for 5 and learned on the first night we were only allowed to watch 4 at a time and were not able to record any shows either, each tv or recorded program was considered a stream and direct only allows 4 streams at a time. Not good for a large family!! Next issue was billing we were quoted one price but ended up being billed more and couldn’t use everything we were told we would be able to.
Luckily we had enough proof and several phone calls a notes of who we spoke to and on which days they let us out of the contract early.
Now we are receiving calls from their customer service department 3-4 times a day and they only sit and laugh on the other end.If they truly screen their calls the customer service person or persons should be FIRED..
