Directv - Poor customer service, deceptive, and unethical
Being part of the hurricane that hit Houston there are many groups helping us out down here.Not Direct TV they do a 14 day extension on your bill.
Really a natural disaster area is going to be done with in 14 days. They shut our service off. When called them the representative said should have been charged more and wasnt anything she was going to do to resolve. We cancelled the NFL channel over a year ago and was started to be billed again.
When this was brought up the rep said pay your bill then we will talk.
No not going to pay until this was removed and the rep said ok well then you have no service.The reception is terrible and was again told not their problem.
