I have had poor picture quality with Direct Tv for about 3 months now. Direct Tv sent out some techs and a supervisor to look at the problem.
They sent their findings to their engineering group through Case Management. After 2 1/2 months I was told that Direct TV was not willing to spend any more money to fix the problem. I have been with Direct for 8 years. A tech did fix the problem about 4 months ago and the picture was perfect, unfortunately the problem resurfaced after about 1 month and they were not able to fix it again.
The picture is fine when watching a DVD or Netflix. Very surprised at Direct Tv's attitude.
During all of this they managed to increase my bill up to $185 per month. No prime services either.
