I got my bill for nov-dec 2017 and I had about $100.00 worth of PPV on my acct. I called direct tv to complain about the charges.

They told me that the movies were ordered from my remote and I told them no way because I’m the only one who knows the code and I had nevered ordered a PPV movie the whole time I had the services and now all of a sudden I have $100.00 worth. I’m the only one who knows the code to the PPV movies and no one in my house ordered them, they insist that it was from my house. My next step is cancelling my services.

What’s funny is when you call, they say that their services has the best customer service among all cable services, and I don’t see how. I was never charged with this at any other service, so it’s time for me to go back.
