I do understand where you are coming from Sir/Madam to tell you honestly as much as possible we really wanted to remove the premium channels that you pertaining their are reason why rather than removing it they gave you $22 off for 6 months because any downgrades of premium packages will affect to their performance and possibility of being fired to their job my suggestion if you are going to sign -up with DTV ask them if you are you getting the Premium channels free for 3 months, protection plan and the credit that is being applied for 12 months or 1 year because you as a customer if you are being charge of something you blame the billing department but please do blame the sales department because they are not the one being transparent and do the math before you complain
