The Directv installer placed the dish on my roof and told me that it would not leak. Well, it did, causing $3800 in damage before we noticed.
A claim was filed and denied. Directv then charged me $50 to move the dish to a pole. I have tried to speak with someone at Directv and with the claims company and no one will call me back. I have sent several emails to the claims company and they refuse to email back.
What recourse is left except a small claims through the court system. If this is the way they want to do business they are destined to fail.
