Many recordings missing from List like bunches of others online. Can access by searching 4 the name of the movie or show, but u have 2 know the name 2 search 4 it.

Or can go 2 Manage Recordings, then 2 Recording History, but they're n order by day, so the 1 i'm always looking 4 is way down several screens. Called directv helpless desk, was told they're updating the system ALL WEEK! That's absurd.

They nor technical support could even look up mu info! I asked when my contract is up, & they couldn't even tell me that

I'm going back 2 Dish ASAP

I too having the same problem. Been with Direct TV for 20 years.

Since ATT took over it sucks.

Planning on moving on. Just because of Att.

Same as Dave said. AT&T ran Directv into the ground !


I'm having the exact same problem. Recording come and go from the recording list.

I can find them by searching by the exact name of the show, but I shouldn't have to keep a separate list of what is recorded. The program will show up again a couple days later and a different one will disappear.


Losing recordings must search menu on demand too clunky. They have messed up a smooth operating system made it almost impossible to enjoy the platform poooooooor planning
