We were sent an ad from Direct TV told them what happened with Comcast they werent surprised but were shocked at the rudeness. However, Direct TV didnt show up for the appt -we waited all day - called several times - I was told they were refusing service, too - just decided not to bother calling us!
I asked why and rude girl said they "could only tell" my husband - I made the appt w/ him! Then she said if they would have come it would be for TV only - no internet even though I told her that internet was most important! Now we have no service at all - we had to sell the TV because we cant get service - and we are losing money due to no internet service because neither of us can get work w/o internet. This is a very desperate situation.
Rent is due, and work is at at nil due to no internet. My husband has called them many times and they hang up on him.
