Omg is there 1 more thing to add to my hidiously inflated bill? The "jazz" music is a freakin joke! Wtf is that crap they are playing? Not any jazz I know. Hall and Oats? Ya, no. Bill gets higher and higher for the premium shitty channels. Dish here I come.

Directv - 300 dollar reward card

I cancelled service. Too expensive. They called back begged me to come back with incentives including a $300 reward card. About 9 weeks and no card. We get someone calling wants to know if I'm happy. Two phone numbers later line always busy. Stick your reward card and service where the sun dont sign

Directv - Unhappy new customer

Switched to direct tv early 2018. Many but not all stations now unable to receive signal. Code 771. Told will have to pay $100 for service call. Were we given used equipment? Shouldn't be broken already.

Directv - New guide is terrible

It will not let me record a series on ONE channel! It records from every channel, it’s so annoying! Just record on the channe I set!!!! Add a START OVER option for the playlist! Why would you take that away!
