We got a dish installed on our brand new mobile tech. Argue with me on where I wantedbit to the point it was useless. The tech put a dish on the corner of a new mobile creasing the corner so bad to the point to where it's cracking and if my neighbor happens to have a big truck it would block all satellite connection it looks horrible he did so much damage it is unreal decimet was $2,400 this is two and a half months ago then furthermore to technician goes into my son's bedroom laser across his bed smashing his wooden frame where it was into splinters walks out last in my face saying that he broke my son's bed I called DirecTV two and a half months ago reported all this that the technician was rude obnoxious argumentative and would not listen to anything I said came back to where it was not going to be fixed two and a half months later still fighting to get it fixed something that cost $2,400 they're offering me $350 this is still not settled unbelievable that DirecTV and AT&T would treat their customers of 14 years like this a billion dollar company not helping the consumers that makes the money unbelievable I have fought with DirecTV and AT&T up into the corporate offices to the point to where it has thrown me into anxiety attacks and push me into the ER. Is pretty severe and they still are argumentative and refuse to pay for my mobile to the 6th winners going to be coming and it's a possibility that mold can be setting into my new mobile and they still won't fix it I would not recommend DirecTV or AT&T to anybody at this point this is not how you treat customers are 14 years or even if I was a customer of one year every time I do talk to anybody from AT&T or DirecTV they're very apologetic but that's still not getting my mobile or my son off the floor

140.00 a month for old programming,unless i pay more .BTW this payment doesn't include any premium channels. in to days times there are so meany other ways to watch tv without being bent over !

Directv - Need my final bill

I have been trying to get a final bill since July 5, 2019. It is now October 18, 2018. I have been told that the bill is in collection. No one can seem to figure out how to get an accurate final bill to me. I will pay it immediately as soon I see it either by email or postal mail. I have been given several differing amounts over the phone, but still have not received an accurate, spelled out bill of what I owe through July 5. The equipment was returned in August after being told I could take it to a UPS store. Prior to that, I was told to wait for a mailer to return everything. This is insanity.

Such worthless customer service. Waited ALL day on a technician! Only people you can talk to are in the Philippines and don't speak very good English or have any good solutions except to say "I understand". Infuriating!!!!!! DROP DIRECT TV!!!!! ASAP!!!!!

I signed up for DirecTV about 15 months ago and was promised $40 a month off my bill for the first 12 months. Never happened. Called couple months into this and talked to someone in Pakistan or India for an hour and a half and they finally agreed they did promise that and would fix it. That was over a year ago. Still waiting. And not to mention I lost FOX for several months with no bill reduction and currently have no NBC. Bill is still the same. Have had DirecTV for over 20 years and never a problem until AT&T bought them.

Directv - Changed my order # and terms and conditions

I signed up for the AT&T Direct TV bundle on September 3, 2019. I was told to watch for the confirmation email. I received the email but did not confirm because it was a different order #. I called and found out that the new order # did not included the $400 Visa Reward card that I was promised. It is now October 15th and I am still trying to get my $19.95 "processing fee and several times each day I get the same "confirmation" email that is now has the word "WARNING" on it. I have spoken to at least 16 reps from all the around the world including the Philipinnes and India with just as many promises to refund the money and at least 4 told me that they don't return processing fees. Discover Card is protesting it but no word about refunding my money.

WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, DTV charged me for an inaccurate early cancellation fee and equipment return fee (NO BILL/STATEMENT SENT) they just went into my wells fargo account and took the money which was not theirs. I am a college student and that was everything I had. Took over a month of me being basically broke to solve half the issue. Then once i was told they would refund the charge, the bs company said it will be sent as a visa gift-card LOL, which I have yet to receive (going on 42 days now). DTV IS A PERFECT REPRESENTATION OF CORPORATE GREED not to mention the dozens of “reps” that forwarded my call so they did not have to do their job. SUCH A JOKE

Directv in New Bern, North Carolina - Returned in 2017 and I’m now receiving a call about rquipment

I canceled service with them in 2017. I’ve not heard anything from them until last week when a collection company called me to say I had a 350 balance for equipment not returned. I’ve had the same phone number for 18 years, the same email address for 12 years and they’ve made zero attempt to contact me until now. Their customer service is horrible and now this?? What can be done?

Directv - Pulled my credit without my permission

I received a advertisement in the mail with 3 different monthly rates on it and I called to inquire about the mail I received to fins out they pulled my credit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I called after I received a letter stating they pulled my credit and spoke to a supervisor who was suppose to write a letter to all 3 credit bureaus asking for it to be removed per my request. I know how credit works so this was my request and not what they said initially that they would do for me. I was to get an email within 7 days stating they did that, well it is 2 weeks letter, and imagine, no letter!! They will be reported for this violation of the law!!!
