I and many others I know do not like the new format at all. It is a lot harder to read, among other things.

140.00 a month for old programming,unless i pay more .BTW this payment doesn't include any premium channels. in to days times there are so meany other ways to watch tv without being bent over !

DirecTV app stream plan

Unable to call from outside United States. I live in Mexico and purchased DirecTV app streaming. And I need to change plan from basic to premium. Otherwise, quite DirecTV service. Thanks

Last 2 calls customer service was excellent!

Lost satellite connection and agent was able to get me back up and running in no time Not sure why I have had 2 issues recently but both were corrected in minimal time

Good in

Im not having any issues now. The tech that I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. Too bad I cant say the same for the service that I pay for every month. I was without service for five days.

I want to speak to somebody in charge

Well I was supposed to get service on the ninth when nobody showed up or called then a couple days later another technician showed up and couldnt do the job and then every time I called I got a O a representative that couldnt speak English and I couldnt understand them...

Extortionate overcharge

I bought a flex ticket but when I wanted to change the date they charged me 34 euros. They said it was the difference in the fare but when I looked at the fares I could have bought my ticket direct from Stena Line for £324. Direct Ferries have charged me £428!!! This is robbery. I have asked for a Refund.

User's recommendation: Do not use Direct Ferries ever, go directly to the ferry company.

Remote won't work

Why is it still saying AT&T supports this. I know that they were sold to Discovery. Why isnt discovery answering my calls when I need them. My remote wont work and I am not happy that the instructions online cant fix something that simple.

Unresolved issue

Direct tv calls my elderly mother daily. My mother does not have direct tv and does NOT want direct tv!!! Numerous attempts have been made to direct tv and we cannot get them to stop calling!!!
