Directv - New Menu is terrible

I’ve tried to get use to it without complaining, but no more. This is way to complicated please please bring the old format back. I’m ready to have direct disconnected, to frustrating to try and maneuver through the new list.

They made the preview smaller. They made the writing in the guide smaller and they complicated it by making the background gray. Who approved this? Did you do any research? Where are you deliberately trying to lose customers? Really?
