We got a dish installed on our brand new mobile tech. Argue with me on where I wantedbit to the point it was useless. The tech put a dish on the corner of a new mobile creasing the corner so bad to the point to where it's cracking and if my neighbor happens to have a big truck it would block all satellite connection it looks horrible he did so much damage it is unreal decimet was $2,400 this is two and a half months ago then furthermore to technician goes into my son's bedroom laser across his bed smashing his wooden frame where it was into splinters walks out last in my face saying that he broke my son's bed I called DirecTV two and a half months ago reported all this that the technician was rude obnoxious argumentative and would not listen to anything I said came back to where it was not going to be fixed two and a half months later still fighting to get it fixed something that cost $2,400 they're offering me $350 this is still not settled unbelievable that DirecTV and AT&T would treat their customers of 14 years like this a billion dollar company not helping the consumers that makes the money unbelievable I have fought with DirecTV and AT&T up into the corporate offices to the point to where it has thrown me into anxiety attacks and push me into the ER. Is pretty severe and they still are argumentative and refuse to pay for my mobile to the 6th winners going to be coming and it's a possibility that mold can be setting into my new mobile and they still won't fix it I would not recommend DirecTV or AT&T to anybody at this point this is not how you treat customers are 14 years or even if I was a customer of one year every time I do talk to anybody from AT&T or DirecTV they're very apologetic but that's still not getting my mobile or my son off the floor
Directv $69.99 scam call
I received a Directv $69.99 scam call today saying if I would pay for 5 months at $69.99 I would receive all my services and all the premium channels for 2 yrs. at $69.99 instead of the $140 I pay now for fewer services. They knew my equipment and account number, but when they said I would have to use an eBay gift card to pay the 5 months up front, I told him I know this was a scam and he hung right up. it sounded too good to be true and it was.
Directv - Pissed on the phone for 4 hours 32 minutes
I never received my $100.00 Visa Giftcard abd now i can fey NO ONE TO HELP ME!
Directv - Drove 45 min. to a property to meet tech waited 4 hours and never showed and never called.
Bad support from a subpar company. Service is in India and not good. Finally got a tech dispatched after multiple transfers, holding and troubleshooting. Was told to be at the remote property 45 minutes away to be there as requested between the hours of 8am and 12pm. Waited until noon and no one showed and no phone call. Talked to two supervisors who would only reschedule and say that sometimes they no show and customers aren't notified. Sometimes they don't notify the customer like they are supposed to one hour before they arrived. What a joke of a company.

Directv - Stations taken - no answers and no refund given
They take stations away [ like MeTv ], and no explanation, and do not answer why and do not refund or reduce the customer cost, even though they paid an amount that INCLUDED that station. DISH Network has it, and Direct TV should be forced to add that back AT NO CHARGE to the paying customers that had it.

Directv - Technical Support Problem
Since AT&T took over Direct TV the technical support has steadily gotten worse. I called recently to ask for help connecting my cell (AT&T) to my Genie to watch my recorded shows remotely. I was unable to connect so I called Direct TV and spent 2 hours with someone following a script to troubleshoot. Mostly it called for me to reboot the Genie and reinstall the phone app. Finally they gave up and said a technical expert would contact me within 72 hours. After a week of no contact I called again and was passed to several departments until I lost my temper and told them I wanted to drop my service. I was then transferred to tech support. After 1.5 hours of rebooting and reinstalling they said that it was a known problem with no solution. I no longer trust Direct TV

Called to disconnect from Directv (because of poor customer service for another issue) and service is set to stop at midnight on Janaury 14th (same day as my call). Then she said a "new policy" is in effect and they no longer prorate disconnects and I will get a bill...Read more
