Directv - Don’t push that delete button
If you accidentally delete a show you recorded, there is no way to recover it. I was a Dish customer for years and from time-to-time, I accidentally deleted a show. It was simple to un-delete it within 48 hours. BUT NOT with Direct TV. It seems after so many complaints about this, the “tech wizzards” at Direct TV can’t figure it out. When you really want it, you are left very disappointed.
Directv - New Guide Design
New isn’t always better, certainly NOT in this case. This new guide & menu is HORRIBLE!!! The font is too small - darn close to unreadable. Heaven forbid someone be vision-impaired!! ...the colors are pretty, though...
