here's the headache, you have to write the credit bureau about the false report. Be sure to send it certified by mail to prove you sent it!

Otherwise, they claim they never got the letter.

I had this issue with Americas home warranty where they charged me not only two months where they shouldn't of but they also charged me a cancellation fee because the cancellation wasn't processed before the contracts that I had to be canceled, which was not true. It really sucks that you have to take care of your own business from somebody else's mistake.

I and many others I know do not like the new format at all. It is a lot harder to read, among other things.

140.00 a month for old programming,unless i pay more .BTW this payment doesn't include any premium channels. in to days times there are so meany other ways to watch tv without being bent over !

Program guide

Why cant you get your program guide to coordinate with what you are actually showing on TV. Theres not crap worth watching these days, but the few shows that are any good you screw up. It makes me come real close to just ditching the whole mess.

Every time that I had issue with this company,your call center needs LOTS of help. Disconnected because Spectrum offered same package,35 dollars less than ya'll,and also that includes two boxes. Have an awesome day. Thanks

I just want to know

Is it possible to get the equivalent functionality I get from Comcast from Direct TV? You folks make it so difficult to ask a simple question. What I want to know: Can I get a detailed itemized list in a package of the following: 1. Internet access in detail 2. Phone using existing phone number 3. TV with Discovery + I do not want just TV. I DO NOT WANT CELL SERVICE. I need an alternative to Comcast. The reason I did not stay with you folks was because I told you not to raise your price and concurrently Comcast made me an offer I couldnt refuse. So in addition, what are you folks doing to take back your market share? Thanks for listening and please make it easier to ask simple stuff. Pete

Poor customer service and tech support

Does anyone have direct TV's corporate number? They have one online but it is no longer in service I've had it up to the end of my rope with these people not listening to me.......

I still do not have Direct TV. I have been dealing with the idiots for over 3 months. They do not care at all! Ever word they speak is a lie. Just horrible!!

Lousy customer service; sudden change in lineup with no explanation

"H+I" (29), a channel I watch a lot, has suddenly changed to some other channel with a marathon sitcom which I hate, so I went to the DirecTV site to find out whether I could find H+I on another channel number and to let them know I still want to watch it. Channel Guides in plethora had no channels listed under 100, so I tried chat. The chat was frustrating (as in other complaints) so when it asked if I wanted to talk to an agent, I said yes. It told me: All of our agents have gone home for the day. AGENT HOURS Monday to Sunday 6am - MIDNIGHT CENTRAL TIME TIME (of chat): 8:10 PM (Mountain = 9:10PM Central)

Dealing with billing

Owed on account did not know that bill was sent to collections tried to call billing and talk to Juan and he was not helpful and kept repeating the same thing that I needed to contact the collections agency and all I wanted to do was make the payment so it did not reflect on my credit since I had no knowledge of the past due amount so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not transfer me and then left me on hold on the phone and would not connect me to no one else

Unbelievable Policy

Slack cable. We are at the end of the service line. Since we do not have an account, customer service cannot make a work order to tighten the slack. I was told to find a neighbor, as in knock on doors, to find a neighbor who is one of their customers to complain about the slack. WHAT? THEIR cable crosses our driveway!

Absolutely horrible company!

Ive been trying for 3 months to get Direct TV. Ive spent hours and hours on the phone. Ive talked to at least 20 employees. My order keeps getting cancelled and no one can explain why. Ive had 5 installation dates set up Ive had to adjust my work schedule and appointments and there is no call no show!!! Absolutely unexceptionable!!! No one cares at all!

Tv quality poor. Buffering constantly

Buffering still accuring mostly during ASTROS games...dont know why. Has improved somewhat with new modem.. If I could have service dept come move fiber opt cable to main tv downstairs....would help alot....have downstairs tv wired direct and upstairs streaming ...would be ideal

For my $1,300 phone bill

If people send you money to pay for my phone you should take it you should not be sending it back and the court that you had on for I haven't had it in months so if someone sends you money you need to pay it if they send you money you should accept it

Simple feed back

To be completely honest I have never had a problem with direct tv, I enjoy the service and think the choices and prices are fair, I wouldn't consider changing. Why mess with success!
