We got a dish installed on our brand new mobile tech. Argue with me on where I wantedbit to the point it was useless. The tech put a dish on the corner of a new mobile creasing the corner so bad to the point to where it's cracking and if my neighbor happens to have a big truck it would block all satellite connection it looks horrible he did so much damage it is unreal decimet was $2,400 this is two and a half months ago then furthermore to technician goes into my son's bedroom laser across his bed smashing his wooden frame where it was into splinters walks out last in my face saying that he broke my son's bed I called DirecTV two and a half months ago reported all this that the technician was rude obnoxious argumentative and would not listen to anything I said came back to where it was not going to be fixed two and a half months later still fighting to get it fixed something that cost $2,400 they're offering me $350 this is still not settled unbelievable that DirecTV and AT&T would treat their customers of 14 years like this a billion dollar company not helping the consumers that makes the money unbelievable I have fought with DirecTV and AT&T up into the corporate offices to the point to where it has thrown me into anxiety attacks and push me into the ER. Is pretty severe and they still are argumentative and refuse to pay for my mobile to the 6th winners going to be coming and it's a possibility that mold can be setting into my new mobile and they still won't fix it I would not recommend DirecTV or AT&T to anybody at this point this is not how you treat customers are 14 years or even if I was a customer of one year every time I do talk to anybody from AT&T or DirecTV they're very apologetic but that's still not getting my mobile or my son off the floor
I and many others I know do not like the new format at all. It is a lot harder to read, among other things.

140.00 a month for old programming,unless i pay more .BTW this payment doesn't include any premium channels. in to days times there are so meany other ways to watch tv without being bent over !

I worked as CSA many years ago, was assigned to Dell, the center also had Logitech, as well as other companies. When you're speaking to an agent, that individual is in a call center.

Calling to complain will fall on deaf hears. Some 18 year old guy from who knows where is trying their best to follow the instructions for your particular issue that they've been provided with. Try to keep your calm because you're causing the situation to escalate. Instead write/type a letter and send it via snail mail.

Make it certified so that someone at that physical location must sign to receive the document. Emails, calls, and blog posts are all sorted nice and neat in some server that is likely nowhere near the physical location of the company. In summary, be mad at the company, not the CSA.

One other thing about the guide showing title not available or similar, it takes a while to fill because the box has to download a massive amount of data. Not just titles of shows, summaries for the programs must downloaded as well as info on the cast for all these programs.

Today August 18 - FIX YOUR SOFTWARE. Yes, you can't read a thing it's so tiny, you click on a picture to see a recording and it gives you the list of recordings, so you have to find it anyway. And now, you can't fast forward or stop or back, UGH, you make us pay so much, I won't be using you much longer.

U buy the NFL package and they block your teams games! Oh, also hv to pay separate fee for mixed! I’m so pissed! Want to cancel today and willing to pay “fng” penalty!

But my son won’t let me so he can at least watch his team with 8 screens! I hate u people!

This has happened repeatedly. I know I have some show recorded. But then when I go to the recordings list its not in the list. To recover it I do the receiver reset. Menu->Settings->Reset Options->Restart this receiver The missing recordings reappear after the box...

Direct Tv has lost MeTV. It is available on our local cable provider, I don't understand why they lost it. I asked them about it and they didn't get back to me. MeTV was an enjoyable channel with lots of classic shows. I would like Direct Tv to reinstate the channel....

I loathe the DirecTV interface, too. What genius at DirecTV decided that, to scroll up (in number) in the channels, that one should hit the DOWN arrow and it scroll down to go up in channels?

Truly and utterly idiotic decision. Recently switched from Dish for price and the old adage is true, you get what you pay for and I am very unhappy with the switch. With DirecTV I now HATE turning on the television to work through the *** interface and intend to cancel the entire service once the introductory price ends.

Was a DirecTV customer since 2003. Used to love it.

Ever since AT&T took over nothing but troubles. Bill went up more than $100 in two months. Cancelled account. Made the mistake of speaking with "win-back" got sold a pack of lies.

Cancelled service again the same day I re-signed with them. Now they took $385 out of my checking account charging me for the "free" Sunday Ticket. After 4 calls finally had a supervisor say they will refund my money---IN 30 DAYS!!!!!!

Changed to Hulu + Live and get better service for 1/3 the money!!! DirecTV can kiss my *SS!!!!!
