Signed a contract in June 2016- trying to cancel July 2018. Agents just keep hanging up and telling me I have a cancelation fee.

They refuse to send return boxes and now they continue calling my cell hanging up . Does anyone want to join me in a universal law suit - I have contact Washington post and they would love to interview direct tv customers. I filed a BBB complaint and to cover there *** they call me everyday and hang up. When you do get to talk to someone they don't speak English.

Every month a phone call for added charges .

They make up stories on why the charges. Why would ATT buy this company?

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Customer Care.

July 18 - on hold for over 100 minutes and still on hold waiting for a supervisor. Apparently there is only one?!

Customer service worse than TWC ever was. I wish I NEVER signed up with this company.
