DIRECT TV FAILED TO TELL MY SON ABOUT THE LENGTH OF TIME NEEDED TO BE WITH THEM IN ORDER TO GET THE FREE MOVERS DEAL THEN CHARGED HIS CARD FOR THE MOVE AND HIS DADS CARD FOR A SMALL FEE TO GET SERVICE AT HIS HOME NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY THEN PUT US ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS ONLY TO END UP TREATING US LIKE SH SO WHEN THE CONTRACT IS DUE THEY CAN SHOVE IT UP THEIR uno wats I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT TV TO MY WORST ENEMY FOR THEM TO GET SCREWD OVER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE MY ENEMIES

How old is your son? Sorry, but I get really irritated with complaints that start with "xxxx company failed to tell us xxx" NO.

Your son (who I assume is an adult) FAILED to ASK the right questions. It is not necessarily any company's responsibility to act as if their customers are children and somehow insure that they have all pertinent information.

It is the consumers responsibilty to read their agreements and ask questions. People seem to take no freaking responsibility for themselves these days!
