DirecTV website does not Implement changes customer makes online. You receive robot letters saying they received your changes.

Customer service is also worthless.

Especially when it comes to getting your money back. Their incompetency cost you the consumer money.

I UNFORTUNATELY subscribed to Direct TV/ATT In February 2017

The worst mistake of my life. I not only got poor service, programs cut off, abusive customer service, and overcharged bills, but, they even had my name wrong when I finally did get service.

The Rep at the ATT store lied to me even with a witness with me. I am making it a goal of mine to let everyone I meet about how the too big conglomerate of ATT is ripping people off. Overcharges, phony bills, lies, deceit and illegal practices.

I wish I could start a class action lawsuit against these selfish uncaring life destroyers. Shame on them, perhaps they'll self destruct!!!!
