There is a policy change evidently at Directv where if the can't install the antenna somewhere on the edge of the roof then OSHA prohibits them from climbing. Another interesting thing is that, I suspect satellite position change from time to time and antenna has to be moved slightly.

I have a weak signal on the HD channels. This has been going on since the last upgrade on the antenna. The service men came and said it was the wrong antenna and needed changing.

How about this one, the roof is too steep. Are you kidding me?

I have been DTV customer since inception. Average bill $225 a month.

I was told to get a private company to fix it because OSHA does not allow them to climb on steep roofs.

No sooner ATT bought Directv service went to ***

Good job ATT, Dish networks is going to eat you alive.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fix my antenna, which was installed incorrectly by your subcontractor..

Directv Pros: Mobility.

Directv Cons: Service under att managment.

wrong, the satelite mount wont be affected, the satelite position wont move or change location.

it is a liability for them to go on different type of roof and the person directly affected will be the customer.
