Called about an equipment probelm, the digital box not working. I keep getting told I had to buy a service plan before I could get help.
I said are you kidding me! I been on the phone for 7 minutes for you to tell me I need to buy a service contract for equipment that is not mine. He says I been on the phone 2 minutes. No, I have not it has been 15 minutes from being placed on hold, .....no, maman you are wrong..
so I was a liar now. I called and talk to 4 different people and was told the same thing! I needed a service plan to talk to tech.
All I needed was a new box!! Probably will cancal my service.
