I had this company to a hard pull on my credit report and I don't even have an account with this company. Since this pull I have continued to calls regarding my account is due for an upgrade.
I have never had AT&T or Directv. They can't even pull up an account in my name. Each time I call they hang up on me and the call always goes to someone that sounds like it is overseas. this has to be worst company ever.
I want this inquiry off my credit report and want to find out who opened an account with my info. I disputed with the credit bureau and they said it has to start with the company. What happens if this person doesn't pay the bill?
then I go to collections and hits my credit. Really pissed about this!!!!
