Avoid at all cost. Bait and switch operation.

They claim 99% reliability but you lose signal just from cloud coverage. doesn't even have to be a storm. NEVER again will I deal with this company. Told them to disconnect at end of billing cycle.

guess they got mad at my cancellation notice and cut it off same day.............. another incident of not doing what was discussed even though I spoke to 3 different people and repeated what I wanted. Just horrible customer service and comprehension of the English language. By comparison they are more expensive then ALL other carriers.

Don't fall for the paying to much for cable gimmick. At least with cable you will always have a picture and not the lost satellite icon on your screen.
