Satellite dish got out of alignment or was being blocked -- no signal reception at all. Called Directv Customer Service and was told I could schedule an appointment to have one of their technicians to assess the situation.

Appointment was scheduled 48 hours out but on a Sunday so I thought I was lucky. Technician arrives and assesses the situation. Says that the Satellite Dish is out of alignment. This is why I had called for the repair service.

So, I just assumed the technician would be going up on the roof the correct the dish alignment. Nope! The Tech stated that ever since AT&T purchased Directv they are NOT allowed to leave their ladder -- they can't go on roofs!

Say WHAT!? So now I have DIRECTV but not signal!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $550.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
