DIRECTV - *** service
We had DirecTV for over ten years. Every time it stormed, we lost service.
DirecTV says people in hurricanes still have service. Every time I would call them, I got someone who couldn't speak or understand English. When we cancelled service, I gave the rep the banking info to pay the bill. Two weeks later I get a higher bill.
Called again and found out it didn't go through because the moron put in the wrong numbers. I found this out after two hours on the phone. They are constantly adding fees that aren't legit.
They lie about fees to get you to sign up and then charge outrageous amounts when you do. The reps are rude and don't know anything.

DIRECTV Cons: Poor service rude agents.
