Woke up a day ago to no service. I had a signal but a black screen.

After watching the box reset itself 3 times I called customer service. While they were not horrible they could not fix the problem so I go a day without and get a service called scheduled. Tech comes out, he is nice enough guy, but can't solve my problem. Why....

because he does not have a replacement genie 54 in the truck! What!! How can you make service calls and not have the right equipment available to switch out! He literally had nothing to remedy my problem, which was the receiver, because it has to be the exact same model.

I find this embarrassing to be honest.

My overall experience with ATT has been horrendous and when I can get out of my phone contract I will be gone! Horrible customer service period!

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Receiver Replacement.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Initial offerings and monthly prices.

I didn't like: Service - reliability - attitude of customer service, Dishonesty.
