I was never told that I would have to have a Protection Plan in order to call and not get charged a $50 fee for a technician to come service my cable. It is very unprofessional to have a service fee anyway.

Why isn't that charged anyway? That makes no sense. This isn't insurance for a cell phone. I had Suddenlink for years and they never charged EVER for a tech to come out.

This is cable. There is always something that will happen to it. DUH!!

I would have gotten the protection plan. I would have thought that it was retarded to have one but my common sense would tell me I needed to get it.
