We, as a valued customer pay our bill on time. We pay for five boxes as we have five TVs In Our home.
However, tonight, February 22, 2018, we’ve been told that we can only watch two TVs at a time. We’ve been on the phone with representatives for almost an hour now trying to figure out why we are paying for five TVs to watch, yet can only watch two at a time. We’ve been given the run around through four representatives and have yet to resolve this issue. When we purchased five boxes it was to be able to watch all five at ANY given time.
With the run around being increasingly ridiculous. why pay for a service we are not receiving.
We have been put on hold and transferred several times and still no resolution. Absolutely disappointed in transferring to direct tv.
