DirecTV has been using policies and fine print to take advantage of customers. Enough is enough!
That's why I created a petition to Carmen P. Nava, Senior Vice President – Customer Care, which says:
"Prices go up, fees appear and cancellation of terrible service costs up to $500. If you have had a TERRIBLE experience with DirecTV, sign this petition to make your voice heard!
We simply want clear agreements and value of service to customers BEFORE profits. Stop hiding behind contracts and policies and show us you value customer satisfaction!"
