When signing up I was informed that the reward card would be sent in 6 to 8 weeks. At 6 weeks called and was informed to wait until 8 weeks.
At 8 weeks told that it may be late. Called again and was now informed that you had to apply for the reward. Went on line and the web page froze. I have called Direct TV approximately 10 time and the reply was always the same.
Someone will call, someone will email and the last time I was told that the rewards card would be mailed.
No reward and was told I would never get one. Direct TV has never followed through on what they say.
