My directv service constantly goes into "sleep" mode. I watch Fox News a lot.

At random intervals Directv goes into sleep mode. All picture and sound stops until I activate the remote. Why???? So aggravating that I am seriously considering cancelling.

I received lip service from their poor English speaking customer service reps. I have had Directv for 13 years. Since AT&T took over customer service has become horrible. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve this issue with Directv.

I cannot recommend their service to prospective customers.

They need to bring customer service back to US. word word word word word word word word word word word OK
