Sold to us by Regional manager Hudson Fl. Nothing but lies.

1. My first statement Don't want any contract. He said absolutely no contracts if I didn't like it he would remove it. 2.

Loss of tv picture in rain. He said that happened long ago new equipment would not loose picture in rain. 3. We called him to discontinue service due to picture interruptions.

He said there would be fee of $480 if not kept for 24 months. I said you said no contracts.

Told me to call corporate and hung up on me. Poor customer service when he has to lie to sell the service.
