NCB and Local channel 56...I keep calling and get people that can barely speak English. They told me to watch the Olympic Opening ceremonies on my laptop or cell phone. REALLY? I have a 55" TV in my living room. Florida is back but Massachusetts isn't? Yesterday, I received and offer in the mail for Xfinity/Comcast. Horribly slow switching channels and having menus come up would not recommend. Constantly freezes

The first installer did not have the correct Genie equipment that we ordered. Second installer did not have cement to install dish in the ground (granted bad weather), but said he would keep our account on hold and to call back to reschedule. Called back to reschedule- they closed out our account. Now if we want Directv we have to go through the entire sales process again (which took a good 45 minutes the first time)... so annoyed... not sure... Read more

I will never get direct tv due to the fact that they say i half to pay my brothers account to get service even if he pays his account i wouldnt get services with them thats the most stupidest thing i have heard.

Tech don't even get out of the car to tell me I can't have another reciever supervisor without pointing his light in sky tyler milersupervisor is in incompent and don't think about speaking to m@g jim mahoy. I called to have our service disconnected as of 7/22/13 because we are tired of the service constantly going out when there is bad weather in our area and in MA. I was told by a Susan and Katrina(supervisor)that we were in a 24mnth contract when our paperwork that we got from the person who signed us up and your service tech that it was a 12mnth contract. Several months after closing my accounts I was billed for 4 movies that we supposedly watched 6 months ago. When i called they said that they could not credit us back since the account was closed. what!?! This did not sit well so i ask for a supervior. I have had problems with my Hi-Definition receiver since I supposedly upgraded. Everytime I complain they tell you one lie after another to try to cover up their incompetence. When I suggested that I go back to standard definition they started quoting prices of how much it will cost me to DOWN GRADE. So Directv is under negotiations with Viacom. Why can't I watch any channel while you negotiate? I am still paying for your service. I'm not a happy customer. I am paying your high price to watch tv, but yet you shut off my channels without telling me! Maybe I won't pay your bill. so we switched to direct tv in february aftter long years with horrid cable service. we chose direct tv since our autistic son loves nick jr. now they are blacked out and we put up with nightly routine change tantrums... are we going to receive any compensation? this is ridiculous.. i think for each day customers should receive something other than more crappy movie channels. who really watches ENCORE.. what the heck? this is incredibly...
