The first installer did not have the correct Genie equipment that we ordered. Second installer did not have cement to install dish in the ground (granted bad weather), but said he would keep our account on hold and to call back to reschedule. Called back to reschedule- they closed out our account. Now if we want Directv we have to go through the entire sales process again (which took a good 45 minutes the first time)... so annoyed... not sure...

I called to have our service disconnected as of 7/22/13 because we are tired of the service constantly going out when there is bad weather in our area and in MA.
