Directv Customer Care Review
Directv never credit for signing up for paperless billing, never credited for advanced receiver charge, never credited for csr removal error and reps never properly notated account. Customer service and supervisors refuse to help because of reps inability to properly do their job. Will not recommend dtv ever again. Will be paying cancellation fee and going elsewhere

Refuses to cancel service. Refuses to send label to send back equipment. Trying to charge me $100 extra for next month when I canceled service last month. Probably going to need to get attorny general involved.
