I am beyond furious at this point. The sheer fact that so many folks are impacted by this outage and not one peep from Directv other than some erroneous message on channel 360. Direct tv doesn't have a clue when it comes to good customer service. I pay for their protection plan monthly to make sure my TV works properly,l have called several times about the sound and they told me no one is coming out, it's my TV. How could that be? When it was working fine with time warner. "Think twice before you buy into their deals".
