My promo ended so I call and get A new promo to keep my bill down where it was the guy gives me A new promo which was A good one and then I get a bill in the mail and its much higher I call and they tell me I did not qualify for that promo because I do not have other att services which was never mentioned when it was given to me and if that was A requirment it should not have been given to me in the first place so I go back and forth with them and receive another promo which was NOT a good one and I get charged for channels that the first guy said was included in my package and the customer service during it all has been horrible and unprofessional and on top of that have not had NBC in my line up for 2 weeks now which caused me to miss the season finale of Americas got talent plus 3 shows start next week that I am going to miss. I just highly regret ever leaving cable and I move next week and unless something changes I do not think I will take there service with me
