Why would you change your guide so that the background and small writing make it almost impossible to read! Poor resolution with no apparent preference adjustments nor option to use old version of guide.

If I didn’t know the channel numbers by heart, I certainly wouldn’t know what I wanted because you cannot tell, and when you select something you still don’t know what you have chosen, ID channel, Lifetime etc, because it does not say anything to let you know what channel number it is! Someone should be reprimanded over this!! Especially if it was a solo effort and not by committee... as should be the case for a major change like this.

At put it out in trial/beta version beforehand. To review the “to-do list”now requires several more steps... awkward and non-intuitive at best. Leave good enough alone!

Also still getting audio, video, and slow remote problems!! The remote is a recent problem since the guide change. Considering a change to cable if this isn’t fixed or returned to the previous version. No apparent notice about change...

just a dump. Like increase in monthly prices...

again with no apparent notice. Hope you read these reviews, take them seriously, as customers are 'who you work for' in case you have forgotten this or choose to overlook it.
