Worst Customer Service EVER!I sitting here on hold for over an hour to contest a fake bill.
I dropped Direct TV three months ago and sent my receiver and remote back, they acknowledged that it was returned. I haven't been a customer in three months don't have any equipment and yet they sent me a bill for $49.95 for ordering a UFC fight on Jan 20th-two weeks ago!
When I called and finally got to speak with a person she tells me that the fight was from 2015....So I paid and was current for three years and all of a sudden I'm in collections over a three year old bill that i was never sent and not charged for?Rude customer service NEVER will I deal with them again
