In early November 2018 I bought a new 4K tv . I called direct tv (took about 40 minutes to get to talk to somebody.
Ordered their 4K programming. They set up a time for tech to come to my home. Took morning off work to be there. Never showed.
Called and rescheduled , took about 40 minutes. Was to come next week. Never showed. Called and rescheduled.
Next week, tech came but didn't have parts needed. Rescheduled following week. Never showed. Rescheduled.
I have had Direct TV for 15 years and pay over $150 a month. I give up.
