charged twice for rented movies never fixed it customer service is rude and racist, dont care about the customer unless you are paying a bill everything else is no to the answer never do what they say like sending boxes to return equipment they just charge you for the equipment but never send boxes and they send it to collections then they send to credit report all because directv will and never works with the customer if you want to disconnect services you ask them to disconnect services they soft disconnect till you call them because bill keeps getting charged then its to late even though you did not have services they keep charging you and if you keep using your credit card and not on auto pay, when you stop services they will still try to take money from your account even thou you dont owe it. like $700 for equipment not returned, when 2 months ago you request for boxes to return the equipment.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $850.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Sucks.
