Been customer since 2013. We put system on hold for a few months as we had not one in the home.

They said becasue of that we "changed terms" e agreed and signed up for two more years which is completely bogus. The person cancelling account wouldn't even escalate call because she said terms were agreed to -which they weren't. I have had nothing but trouble with them putting in "Special Packages"without my permission, total scam of a company. I am going to shout this from the roof tops for the rest of my life.

I will not be robbed in broad daylight by this dishonest company!!! Unbelievable dishonesty.

WE had six systems. Total and utter dishonest company after 4 plus years of paying my bills they are willing to loose a customer and anyone i can talk out of it for life.
