Our system went down early this morning so I attempted to make contact with DirecTV via their internet website and was unable to make contact - they had their system somehow turned off so no written concern would be allowed to go through. Made a phone call to their 800 number and after listening to a whole host of suggestions such as reboot the system, check to be sure connections are tight, the dish hasn't been bumped (which I knew it had not been bumped) I was unable to get a real person to pick up the phone. Lousy customer service considering the size of our monthly bill!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of directv customer care. DIRECTV needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
