My mother wasn’t sure what to do when she pushed the wrong button on the remote for her Dish network, and it wouldn’t work.She found a phone number for Directv and called them.

They came and installed a new Directv dish and equipment. When I came to visit after Thanksgiving I asked why she had changed. She couldn’t remember but thought she had canceled Dish. She had not and still had another year in her internet and WiFi contract.

I rehook up the Dish and called Directv to cancel because she had it for less than a month. They said she had to pay $480. Early termination and a disconnect fee. They could not waive it even after I explained to them the situation.

She is on very minimal SSecurity and can’t even afford to pay one, let alone two networks. (I pay for Dish for her). I can’t believe a company would do this to an elderly lady and at Christmas time too. They are heartless and please if you are reading this do not get Directv.

They are a heartless company and do not deserve to be in business.

Take your business to some other company.I don’t know what we are going to do!
