We went through all of the troubleshooting steps and then contacted technical support. The representative could not help, there was no fix, but she said they could send someone to fix fix things more than a month later and meanwhile she said I'd have to pay the full bill. A supervisor was the next step who said it would all be fixed. She lied. She, or someone, canceled the technician's visit. Calling the next day did not solve anything either....

h.kitchener If your service is interrupted then why would you pay for service? I recommend you find another cable company. Far too many complaints against DirectTV lately.

I have been a DTV customer since 2005 as of recently since At&t took over they are horrible. I have wasted 3 weeks on the phone and waiting for service technicians to show up. After ripping out replacing wires and power units they tell me its the box now.... Wow isnt that what I stated 3 weeks ago.. As for their technical side, Mastec I have nothing nice to say, your better doing the work yourself than wasting your time waiting for one of these...

App sticks. Genie has only one hdmi. Costumer support sticks. No called I'd on genie. No find my remote on genie. The list just goes on. The service men are lazy and give you excuses why they can mount a dish where u want it because their to lazy to get a ladder of the truck. They will mount it on your front porch so it look like a slump neighborhood

Poor repair service, our main box that was just installed was defective, we called and after going through the steps , tech service said issue was there's and would send out a new box.All of the info was given and we were told , all we have to do is hook up the new box and everything , including wireless receivers would work. WRONG , having same problem and now wireless receivers do not work, were told they would have to send a tech out, problem...

1) Could ATT hire anyone in AMERICA to answer their support system??? I've had to contact them 5 times on a final billing. Never have I spoken with anyone without an Indian / Pakistan accent. Never in those 5 times has my issue been resolved. I was told on 2 occasions NOT to pay this bill, once by a SUPERVISOR who said don't pay and wait for a final bill. 1st had to have tech follow me from gas station.Thought he was going north not south. Got him here, used bathroom clogged up camode, had to plunge. Put in new box, didnt work. I called for technical support today for assistance on how to resolve very poor reception when having even a light rain or snow fall. While I could not understand or adequately hear the first technical support representative, I did what she told me to do with no resolve. I believe she knew how to follow a script, but not how to trouble shoot. To me it was a dish reception problem and not a setup problem. I got frustrated and ended the call....
