Just moved into my place, needed new service, the last owner had direct old dish still attached to the home,i wanted it installed for new service, the INSTALLER called me and said the HE could not give any service due to to manny TREES in my area,WTH,I TOLD ,LOOK THERES THE OLD DISH STILL IN PLACE,REPLIED YES BUT IT THR THE OLDER MODEL, ,DAHH,I KNEW THAT ,WHY COULDN'T YOU PUT UP THE NEWER ONE,LONG STORY SHORT HE DID NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, ,LAZY,JUST PLAIN DID NOT WANT TO WORK..

Besides all the regular complaints about the dates not being there shows not being there shows not being recorded. A new problem one show I went to watch had 55 recorded shows, really?? When will it end.
