We have had DirecTV for 20 years and until AT&T took it over the Customer Service was fantastic. I called AT&T to complain about the monthly bill and was directed to a phone number which connected me to an off-shore (Philippines) Rep. I requested to be connected to a Rep in the United States (which, as I recall is my legal right) and he said he couldn't do that. I hung up on him. I am presently paying AT&T over $500 per month for TV, Internet, and Cell service and am tired of it. I guess there is always Verizon and Dish!

I have not been able to watch CBS for two months now. With the start of football season I will have to leave my house to watch football. Worst customer service and directive has breached their contract with all the customers who signed up for cbs and no longer get it.
